CSR, podnikání, životní prostředí, společenská odpovědnost firem ve stavebnictví, zainteresované strany ABSTRACT The diploma project entitled "Corporate Social Responsibility in the construction industry" aims to provide an overview of the companies in the construction industry based in the Czech Republic.The work is divided into two parts. The first part carries the definition of the term CSR, the history of the term, the meaning, development, driving forces of its application, views and influence on various areas of business. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the trend of CSR development in the Czech Republic. An effort was made to learn about the problems that stand in the way of the development / implementation of CSR and the results in case of its use.
